Like the old saying "practice makes perfect." These are recent studies of my own hands and arms I did. I do these realistic studies to become better at my art in general. You can too, just grab a number 2 HB pencil and try drawing you free arm or leg. Or ask someone to model for you or take a picture of a body part. It would also be a good idea to try drawing woman and men body, since both are equally different and difficult. And if you don't get it the first time, then just keep practicing.
